Building owner was very friendly and helpful. The office space is actually used on a regular 9-5 basis for one company, so it's perfect for anyone who needs to shoot in an environment that already has desktop computers, office supplies, some clutter, personal employee flare, etc! Almost no rooms or space were off limits, so this is the perfect place to shoot multiple office or work location scenes. Thanks!
This location was absolutely fantastic. Super versatile with the office space upstairs and the warehouse space, and a great set up for craft services as well. Will definitely come back here!

The location is very quiet and perfect in regards to production value and booking. Location manager is also very helpful and kind. Would highly recommend this as a film space
Awesome office shooting place! Host gave me a tour and showed me the whole place and how everything works, would book again. The only downside is parking for the crew is street and depending if you're shooting on the weekend or weekday, it could get crowded.
