Conrad is a Licensed Studio Teacher, available for your film shoots. He has over 300 film credits on imdb, so he understands the movie-making process. Ellen & Conrad have owned this home since 1994, with over 30 film shoots here.
My team and I had a lovely time shooting our short film at this house. Both owners were incredibly nice and easy to work with.
I would definitely shoot here again!
Had an amazing 2-days shooting here. Great house with vintage wooden furniture for this price, at this center location in town. Every corner there's beautiful texture and authentic touch of life. Conrad and Ellen are great hosts and helped me a lot during production. There's a backyard and garage large enough for staging equipment or lunch and crafty for crew.
Our production had an incredible time working with Conrad and Ellen. They are very considerate and helpful people to work with and their house was a pleasure to shoot in. From start to finish, using this location was a breeze. We can't wait for them to see the film!
Ellen and Conrad are wonderful people. The house had the look we were after and it is in a very central location in LA. I would definitely recommend renting this beautiful house for your next shoot!
The owners are absolutely wonderful people! Very kind. Very humble. Very accommodating. During your production, try to avoid parking on Tabor St because during conducting community surveys requested by FilmLA, a few neighbors had parking concerns but the owners are very open to speaking to them if any concerns. Nonetheless, I thoroughly enjoyed filming here!
