Conrad is a Licensed Studio Teacher, available for your film shoots. He has over 300 film credits on imdb, so he understands the movie-making process. Ellen & Conrad have owned this home since 1994, with over 30 film shoots here.
Ellen and Conrad are amazing people! They let me do a location scout and since the beginning they told me the rules. Their house is beautiful, with a lot of space and honestly what I was looking for.
They will let you use every part of the house. As we were shooting, both were in the house helping me and my crew in whatever we needed.

Pleasant experience. Lots of space in the backyard. No issues with moving anything in the house. We moved the desks and computer setups. The hosts have lots of experience with filmmakers shooting in their home. Plus, they're very easy-going folks to work with. The walls are a lovely color and the amount of moving things around is minimal. Love the corrugated windows and details of the house.
