Conrad is a Licensed Studio Teacher, available for your film shoots. He has over 300 film credits on imdb, so he understands the movie-making process. Ellen & Conrad have owned this home since 1994, with over 30 film shoots here.
We LOVED shooting at this house! Both hosts are wonderful people and very helpful. They couldn't do enough to help us! Even their next door neighbour was terrific, friendly and welcoming. The property is very clean and with considerate space in the back garden.
Plenty of parking on Overland.

The home was exactly as pictured. The hosts were wonderful. They helped us find a nearby parking lot for our crew. And Conrad was such a great studio teacher that our young actor asked if he could be his teacher everyday.
The location is gorgeous and perfect. The owners are super responsive and supportive. We can set up a base camp in the backyard. It’s convenient and nice. A wonderful shoot on the whole.
Ellen and Conrad are fantastic hosts! The space is so great and was perfect for our shoot. We loved working here and highly recommend it to anyone looking!
