What a wonderful experience from start (booking) to finish (filming) at this location. Such professionalism by the entire staff. The studio lends itself to so many filming needs!
Very spacious studio. There are actually multiple rooms for various purposes. The “look” and space is perfect visually.
Unfortunately, if you are recording audio, it is very boomy and the alleyway noise is extremely loud, even with the windows closed. I guess it is to be expected with the concrete floors and no furniture in the room. The room is essentially an echo chamber. Even the sounds of the elevator in the hall and people speaking in the other rooms (while the doors are closed) are quite audible.
Was not the right fit for me, but staff and were courteous throughout and very helpful—and the price was right. You should definitely still check this place out if you are doing photos or just video (with pre-recorded audio ahah).
