We rented out this space for my sons 1st birthday party and it was AMAZING! Chris is sooooo so so so helpful and nice. The space has literally everything you need! Not to mention its beautiful. I totally recommend this space. We had a great time with all of our friends and family.

The home was as beautiful as the pictures. We had a great time. So many places to sit. Two beautiful bathrooms and the back house saved us from the heat. It was such a cool hang out spot with a TV, music and games. Chris was so easy going, friendly and overall great host. He was responsive immediately if we had questions. Highly recommend for all of your party needs.

Beautiful space! Chris was great with supporting my event with the space and adjusting furniture as needed. Very responsive when we needed to make changes to move furniture. I definitely would rent this space again.

Beautiful place. Chris was amazing. I definitely recommend. We did 4 hours but if you can do more, do it! It’s worth it. Time flies by and you want to be able to enjoy it properly! :)

We had a great time shooting here! The side entrance and backyard pool house were the perfect avenues and holding spaces since we had multiple groups of people coming in and out of our shoot that day. I highly recommend using this space, as it is clean, well organized, and smartly laid out for filming purposes. Thank you for all your help, Chris!
