Craftsman House, Central, Jefferson Park, W Adams We had an amazing experience using the Craftsman House in Central Jefferson Park, West Adams, for our short film. The house was not only authentic but also full of character, perfectly suiting the needs of our production. The layout and design made it incredibly versatile for filming, and every detail of the property added to the authenticity we were looking for.
The owner was exceptionally supportive and accommodating throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to ensure our shoot went smoothly, making themselves available for questions and offering flexibility when needed.
Overall, this was a fantastic location and an equally fantastic experience. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for an authentic Craftsman-style house for their project!

Craftsman House, Central, Jefferson Park, W Adams We had a wonderful experience shooting our short film at this location. Tibor is a great host, very professional, and made our job easier. The location was perfect for the period piece we were shooting in that it had wonderful spaces for both interior and exterior shots. In addition, this site is located in a quiet neighborhood with lots of parking and while also being easily accessible via land or freeway. I would highly recommend this house for location shooting.

Tibor was friendly and very helpful. The space is great - very tight and has a very lived-in feel. A lot of options for crew holding and where to house HMUA + Talent if needing the whole house. I recommend for small productions
