About the Space
House is great for film and photo shoots, 1800 sq. ft.. On a quiet residential street in an HPOZ neighborhood, amidst a hamlet of well-kept early 20th-century homes, easy street parking with film-friendly neighbors. Back yard and converted garage great for green room and client area. 3 br, 2 baths, den, retro kitchen appliances. Bright color scheme. Great landscaping on a photogenic street and neighborhood. Centrally located Jefferson Park, West Adams area minutes from downtown. Featured in the August 1909 edition of the Craftsman; again in the spring 2003 issue of American Bungalow, original details endure, enriched by several system upgrades. Has been used for Commercials, TV shows, Music Vids, both large and smaller shoots. We are easy-going and flexible, have lots of experience as film location hosts. Permits and Insurance are required. FLOOR PROTECTION : booties for shoes- layout board or mats for under equipment. 20 and over crews need to cover main shoot/walkways with layout board or mats. production - film - photography - shooting - photoshoot - photo session

We had a wonderful experience shooting our short film at this location. Tibor is a great host, very professional, and made our job easier. The location was perfect for the period piece we were shooting in that it had wonderful spaces for both interior and exterior shots. In addition, this site is located in a quiet neighborhood with lots of parking and while also being easily accessible via land or freeway. I would highly recommend this house for location shooting.

Tibor was friendly and very helpful. The space is great - very tight and has a very lived-in feel. A lot of options for crew holding and where to house HMUA + Talent if needing the whole house. I recommend for small productions

Location Rules
- Our floors need to be protected by mats or blankets.. crew parking needs to be arranged beforehand at one of the nearby lots or scatter Park a minimum of 300 feet from location. do not block any driveways under any circumstances even for drop off and pick up . Do not encroach neighbors property under any circumstances without prior approval.
