Benjamin and Saskia started PHOENIX in 2017 to bring a lively and creative art venue to the Island of Alameda. With 16 artist studios, a photo studio a co -working space, lounge and a great variety of space to shoot it, PHOENIX is the versatile venue you are looking for.
With years of experience working in photo and film production, owner Saskia is extremely tuned in to all aspects that are important to the crew. Benjamin is a photographer who can talk shop during the tech scouts.

Tropical Midcentury Modern Writers Room If you are having a creative block and wish to get ahead of it, Pheonix is the place for you! This absolutely gorgeous workspace will get your creative juices flowing. Beautifully appointed, and decorated with fresh green plants, this place makes you feel like working. Saskia and Ben even help you make a customized package that caters to your space/storage requirements, how convenient! The staff is very cooperative, and you get to meet so many cool people! The free oat-meal lattes are a bonus! If you are in Alameda, do pay a visit. You will thank me later!

Tropical Midcentury Modern Writers Room If you are tired of working from home, Pheonix just might be the right place for you! Decorated beautifully, this workspace has a vibe of its own! The staff is helpful and courteous. You get to meet other people and make professional connections. Honestly, ever since I have registered myself here as a monthly member, I have started to love waking up for work! 10/10 will recommend!

Tropical Midcentury Modern Writers Room Pheonix is an aesthetically beautiful workspace, one of its kind, I'd say! It has a very pleasant vibe that makes it easier for me to think, process, and work. I love how the staff is so friendly and polite. Highly recommended!
