Welcome to Hype Studios! We’re a creative-driven team passionate about providing versatile, inspiring spaces for productions, meetings, and private events. Located in the heart of Silver Lake, our studio complex is designed with flexibility, convenience, and a polished client experience in mind.
Whether you’re producing a full-scale commercial shoot, hosting a team brainstorm, creating branded content, or building a pop-up activation, we work hard to ensure a seamless and supportive environment for every guest.
Our team is known for friendly, professional service, fast communication, and understanding the unique needs of creative projects. We offer multiple spaces — from large CYC stages to flexible meeting rooms, a full Test Kitchen, green rooms, and private offices — all with easy parking, Wi-Fi, and production support available on-site.
We’re passionate about helping creative visions come to life, and we’re excited to host your next shoot, event, or meeting at Hype Studios!

Our event at Hype Studio was nothing short of AMAZING! From the very beginning, the communication with Molly was clear, helpful, and kind. Molly was willing to work with us on our budget, and actually seemed genuinely excited to get us into her spectacularly gorgeous space at a price that worked for us. From the time we booked our event, an amazing Disco Glam 50th Birthday Bash, to the day of the party, communication and openness to help was always abundant and clear. We were allowed to come in the day before to make sure our projections and sound worked as we wanted, which was a HUGE relief. We booked the space for 8 hours, leaving two hours for set-up before our party, and the place was clean, the refrigerator was cleared out for us to use, toiletries were stocked, all kitchen essentials were clean and there for our use, and Jonathan, our personal host, was there at our disposal and ready to help! The studio space is beyond gorgeous, there is ample, safe parking, and we had the time of our lives!!! We will definitely be booking with Molly and Hype Studio again!!!
