Private creative office space located inside our Silver Lake studio hub, perfect for meetings, castings, small content shoots, podcast recordings, or remote work. The Blue Room offers a flexible private layout with comfortable seating, a working desk, lounge area, Wi-Fi, natural light, and private load-in access through our parking lot. Amenities include access to lounge spaces, kitchen access (on request), restrooms, wardrobe racks, and 18 first-come, first-serve parking spaces. Located just minutes from Echo Park, Los Feliz, and Downtown LA. Ideal for creative teams, small production crews, freelancers, client meetings, and entrepreneurs needing a polished and private space in Los Angeles. **Room subject to availability. Space may be adjusted depending on studio bookings. Multiple meeting spaces available** Overtime: Standard booking window = 8 hours Overtime after 8 hours = 1.5× hourly rate Overtime after 12 hours = 2× hourly rate
