My husband and I are very familiar with the film process. We have been leasing our home for television and film for 14 years. There are production companies who have filmed here multiple times. They know they are going to have a productive and stress less shoot. Our neighborhood is very film friendly. We have 1 1/2 acres so plenty of room for cars, cargo vans and trailers. The area is very private and access is easy….no disruptions. Our property is unique due to the fact we have two houses on the property with two distinct looks. Location managers love us because they are getting two looks in one location plus lots of free parking!
I can’t say enough great things about this location and our fanatic host Kim. Kim was extremely accommodating, responsive and so easy to work with and the property was perfect for our needs. It has a massive driveway with plenty of parking and the landscaping is gorgeous in the front and back of the house. It’s a very production friendly property. I would absolutely recommend this location and will definitely be back!
Kim is a kind and amazing lady. Shoot went very well. She accommodated all production needs. Property is huge and we were able to park our cars in neighbors lots. Thank you Kim and hope to shoot at your house again!
This property was fantastic. It was everything we were hoping for and more. The owners were so kind and helpful. Our shoot was quite unconventional but it went off without a hitch. The neighbour opposite even let us use his property for parking overflow. BEAUTIFUL property inside and out owned by a beautiful family. Thanks again!
