About the Space
Owner is very familiar with the film process. Starting rate based on a 12 hour day for a very small exterior only project. Please inquire about larger impact jobs as to price. 1.5 Acre property available for filming. Includes a 5,000 SF main house plus a 1931 1,200 SF historical guest house/ranch house with porch and porch swing. The two houses offer two different distinct looks. Two locations in one! Home has hardwood floors throughout, large vaulted ceilings, updated kitchen and large upstairs “man cave”. Oversized three car garage connected to the house. Huge brick patio along with a beautiful pool and spa. There are two small separate buildings (one is a detached one car garage). You will also find a vineyard, Oak trees, fruit trees, lots of green grass, and a rose covered pergola. Parking for 30+ cars on site and plenty of space for trucks and trailers. Film friendly neighborhood close to Melody Ranch and Disney Ranch. Easy access to the property on a private road. Owner is very familiar with film process....has had commercials, TV shows and movies filmed onsite. 1952 Ford tractor available.

I can’t say enough great things about this location and our fanatic host Kim. Kim was extremely accommodating, responsive and so easy to work with and the property was perfect for our needs. It has a massive driveway with plenty of parking and the landscaping is gorgeous in the front and back of the house. It’s a very production friendly property. I would absolutely recommend this location and will definitely be back!

This property was fantastic. It was everything we were hoping for and more. The owners were so kind and helpful. Our shoot was quite unconventional but it went off without a hitch. The neighbour opposite even let us use his property for parking overflow. BEAUTIFUL property inside and out owned by a beautiful family. Thanks again!
