Cindy the homeowner was truly helpful with our shoot. The house has beautiful natural light in the living room. The garage is perfect as a staging area. We will be back.
Beautiful location on camera. I'd recommend clarifying parking & room availability prior to filming since some of the rooms listed in the description were off limits and parking was not allowed on the street. The driveway is not built for production vehicles so would recommend parking any vans/trucks on the street instead of driveway during loading to avoid risk of cracking driveway.
This is a gorgeous house and very responsive home owner! Cindy took great care of us and we had a smooth shoot. She was very accommodating to our specific needs and SUPER responsive. This place is better for smaller crews (under 25) although it has a lovely backyard with a pool in addition to the house!
This is a beautiful location! Looks just like it does in the pictures and was the perfect setting for our commercial. Cindy was very accommodating. She made sure we had everything we needed- even loaned us a cooler for the shoot.
We shot scenes in the driveway, living room and garage; and we had plenty of space for our crew and equipment.
I would recommend this location for anyone looking for a well-kept, spacious home. Thanks Cindy!
