A single-family home in a cul-de-sac street located in Del Rey close to beach cities, 405 freeway and Los Angeles. 3 bedroom, 2 bath plus a family. A living room with a fireplace and a very open floor plan with lots natural light. Home has an inground Swimming pool surrounded by lush greenery. About the Space • LOCATION – Del Rey is an area close to Marina del Rey, Playa del Rey and Culver City, wide majestic gorgeous tree lined streets. A lot of abundant greenery, trees and flowers make it a magical and very homey neighborhood. • PROPERTY SPECS - 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, plus a family room. Good size back yard with a gazebo and sitting area. The kitchen opens to the dining room and family room for that open feel. • SPECIALTY - The home is a beautiful traditional modernized home. Perfect for the all American look. Oh my gosh! I have no idea where to begin. This place was wonderful and Cindy's management skills was A+ Super clean with plenty of space with backyard privacy and garage privacy for shoots. What kinds person to have as your host. Please give this place a look!!

We had such a great experience using this location for a recent shoot. The host is experienced and professional, communication was clear and prompt, the location is spotlessly clean and offered everything we needed, neighborhood is quiet which allowed us to record sound for an interview with ease. Cindy's home was absolutely beautiful! It's spacious, modern, and looks just like the photos. We were able to create three distinct settings in her home, and the outdoor space was very useful for catering and holding. The living room has two massive french doors to let in the fresh air. Cindy was very helpful with arranging parking at a nearby church, and was there on-site during our entire shoot to help us as needed. So lovely working with her, would definitely book again!
