Nothing short of amazing! David was the best host and absolutely one of the kindest genuine people I ever met. He was so kind to even let me stop by prior to booking to check out the location and even worked with me to make my shoot for my client possible. I highly recommend anyone to book this location. The location is jaw dropping and one of a kind. Stepping into the backyard you can just feel the history of what has been shot here. I'll definitely be back with a bigger production in the future!

What a great property for a shoot! This a very cool and unique location in North Hollywood. David was very kind and accommodating. He communicated quickly and thoroughly with us throughout the entire process. There were some great signs and places around the property to catch some really good shots. I definitely would recommend.

Filming at this location was incredible! The backyard was the perfect backdrop for our shoot and David was very helpful, prompt and accommodating. The producer room / green room was perfect! Highly recommended!!
