David is one of the most gracious host you will ever meet. His location is perfect. He has built an unbelievable pool Tiki Bar set, lots of colorful areas for b roll and the house is incredible. He’s created an environment that we highly recommend !! David and the site goes way beyond your expectations.

This is a great space. Super unique and great looking. Also very versatile. David is a great host and provides tons of amenities (coffee station!). He's great at communicating and easy to work with.
