Worked in the Special Effects Dept (Chief Model Painter and Model Maker) for over 10 years, have been a screenwriter for over 18 years and a Sound Stage/Studio Owner/Stage Manager for 15 years.
Chris, the owner was very friendly, helpful and chill. Good price for the space and he had much more equipment than we expected. Lighting was all set up and that saved us time as well. Cannot recommend enough!
