This property is impeccable. It has such a nostalgic, classically southern feel and is great for photo and video shoots. As an added bonus the owners are very nice and great people! Perfect location with great lighting, even mid day with direct sunlight there are great spots to get even lighting and tons of shade. The pond and stream are very serene with the trees cascading above. The buildings are circa 1800s with a barn and chicken house, very rustic and perfect for old timey scenes, while also having a pool hall/hang out area inside one, for a more laid back scene. There is also a fire pit, tree swing and great grassy area too! Very private too so you aren’t having to fight off other visitors like you would at a park/public location. Will definitely go back! Thank you to the owners for the upkeep of the place!!
