My production company, Cheevies Film Productions, shot a few scenes from our upcoming feature length film and David was absolutely amazing. So accommodating and helpful. We have a couple more days of filming to complete there, and we are so excited to come back. The cast & crew loved the house, and we were all so grateful for the opportunity to shoot there! Highly recommend!

Suburban Mediterranean Mansion

We rented this space for two video shoot for our symphonic metal band. The place was absolutely spectacular, and the photos do not do it justice. Dave, the host is the coolest and friendliest host I have ever worked with. He was extremely communicative in answering any questions or concerns. For anyone who is looking for a world class place to film or shoot, this is your choice!
