    We rented this space for two video shoot for our symphonic metal band. The place was absolutely spectacular, and the photos do not do it justice. Dave, the host is the coolest and friendliest host I have ever worked with. He was extremely communicative in answering any questions or concerns. For anyone who is looking for a world class place to film or shoot, this is your choice!

    I cannot praise this place enough. You step inside the mansion it feels like you went through a warp zone and went back in time. The mansion was clean and beautifully decorated. The owner is cordial, easy to work with and a total blast. He was very understanding and was always around to help out or for a question. Our shoot was a complete success and he had a lot to do with it. I will definitely will be back!

Suburban Chicago location in a beautiful neighborhood. The house is a large 7,000 square foot Spanish and Mediterranean design. Conveniently located only blocks from downtown Glen Ellyn and only 25 miles from downtown Chicago and OHare airport, this 1930’s mansion is both stately and beautifully maintained. It has abundant off-street parking, and a separate apartment for wardrobe and makeup staff.
