It's good if it's exactly how you want it in the pictures. It's just too bad it's way smaller than it looks and the furniture is different. "You're allowed to move things around" but despite what the owner says, don't touch anything. She had mentioned that two large items, the kitchen table and tv stand, were broken from past rentals (and those were the only things she said not to move) so we had to avoid that whole room or wall completely which makes the usage of the space way smaller. Yet it makes no sense why the tv was still sitting on the stand? Or why the space is still being rented out if it's not safe to do so, more so that these things weren't mentioned in the description? If that doesn't keep you from renting here, beware the 40lb curtain rod being held up by adhesive hooks with a max strength of 6 lbs, the cause of my claim. Yes, this is one of the cheapest spaces you can rent, but only because it makes money from your security deposit. If you do rent this place something is just waiting to be broken. Good luck.
