Jake and his party were informed to not move objects in the space, like decorative items, or heavy furniture.
While there he accidentally dislodged the curtain rod trying to draw the curtains and smashed a hanging plate from the wall. While he did inform me of this, he then fought my claiming of the damage deposit.
