This space is even more beautiful in person. Great natural light, good decor makes this house feel clean but lived in. We had an ecom product shoot here and it has the perfect look for an everyday house but with elevated touches. Jennifer was a great host and was very responsive and so nice. She made our crew feel welcome and it made the shooting process that much better. Would recommend to anyone

Beachfront property in Newport Beach

I planned a surprise birthday for my wife at this property. Jennifer was phenomenal at communicating with us and even gave me an hour early to set up for free. My wife was absolutely stunned and loved it. The location is beautiful, right on the beach, and using the porch and the living/dining room was amazing for groups to spend time with each other and celebrate my wife's birthday while being able to walk right onto the beach. Thanks so much for making this day so special! P.S. Everyone loved the pig and wanted to take a picture with it.

Beautiful, picturesque home! Somehow cozy yet spacious, and traditional yet modern! Can’t get enough of this lovely home! Jennifer and her husband were kind, friendly, flexible, accommodating, helpful, and communication was fast and easy! Would highly recommend!
