Featured in full length films and commercials, Casa Blanca offers stunning indoor and outdoor backdrops and open concept spaces for ease of shooting and large crews. Casa Blanca has also been the site for unforgettable memories like extravagant weddings, bridal showers, milestone birthday parties, and more. The backyard features vibrant visual scenes with gardens, floral eaves, fairy lights, and customizable colored lighting for the roman pool and jacuzzi. The pool also features waterfalls on each side as well as a waterfall option coming from the jacuzzi. Outdoor amenities include a ping pong table, a barbeque, a tall stone outdoor fireplace area and patio furniture. A large, very private backyard can accommodate musicians, a dance floor, table seating for 70. Inside, guests will find genuine marble countertops, all new appliances, fully stocked cabinets, and a full indoor-outdoor sound system compatible with all major music steaming apps. There are also multiple smart TV’s in the home for entertainment or for creating further ambience. Our Smart Home allows guests to control lighting, temperature, and music from their mobile devices. This family home is located in Central Orange County California close to Disneyland, Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, Anaheim Convention Center, Angels Stadium, The Grove, NHL Ducks Honda Center, Dana Point. Only 8 miles away from John Wayne Airport. The neighborhood is in a peaceful and safe area far from traffic and offers ample street parking. Security Camera Disclosure: To ensure the safety and security of our Guests and property, we have installed outdoor cameras on the premises. These cameras are only used to monitor the property and to assist in case of emergencies or theft. While we respect our Guests' privacy, we reserve the right to review footage in the event of any incident that may occur on the property. Please be assured that we will use our discretion and comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the use of these cameras.
