Blanca and I have been living in Carlsbad for 27 years and in our current home for the past 12 years. We have three wonderful grown daughters and recently welcomed our first grandchild. Landscaping and upgrading our home has been a gradual 'labor of love' and we would like to share the paradise that we have created with others for your special event. We specialize in birthday parties, baby showers and other daytime/early evening events with our large yard and great view. We also love sports, travel, and just 'chilling' with family. Carlsbad home...perfect backyard for your event! This is our second time shooting at the location and we love it! The backyard location is idea for our video shoot. Although it is wintertime and the grass is drier, Jeff, the owner went out of his way to make the grass green. Jeff is very accommodating and easy to work with. Highly recommend anyone considering shooting or hosting an event at this location!

Carlsbad home...perfect backyard for your event! Jeff's backyard was an absolutely perfect backyard in Carlsbad for my baby shower and would be great for any event. The real standout from our rental experience was Jeff's consistent communication leading up to and the day of the event. He was an amazing host who went above and beyond in accommodating my event. I can not recommend this space enough and promise that your event will shine in this space.

Carlsbad home...perfect backyard for your event! Jeff is a really nice host and has a very nice backyard. He made sure that all our needs were met , lights, tables and chairs. all guests loved the place and what he has done to make it a nice place for a celebration. it was our 40th birthday party with guests, dance, drinks, music and all went nice. Thanks to Jeff to make all the things possible on whatever we asked for. Will definitely recommend to friend.

Jeff couldn’t be a more gracious host. Not only was the property exactly what was described/needed, but honestly he was the best location host we have had. There are restrooms available, areas to set up crafty, recycle and trash, easy parking, and a gorgeous view to boot. I can’t recommend this location/host enough. Hope to shoot again here.
