Nick's space is really nice. Very clean and well kept. It is a little small and use of the kitchen is at an extra cost. The fridge is also just a small mini fridge.

Had a great experience photographing in this space. High ceilings allowed me to set up back drops. Conveniently close to all amenities, COFFEE, corner store (for any forgotten supplies) and TTC. And best yet, just 2 major blocks from my own residence. Nick was very helpful taking the time to explain the space. Would rent this space again.

Gorgeous space that looks amazing on camera. Perfect venue for social events, pop-ups, and photo shoots. Keep in mind that this is a storefront on a busy road so if you are recording audio you will hear sounds from the street.

This space was amazing! We used it for a co-ed wedding shower for about 40 people. Set it up with high top cocktail tables and some chairs. We did add some decor but barely any was needed as the space itself is so nice. We got lots of compliments during the shower of how awesome the space was. Nick was very responsive and easy to work and communicate with. I would highly recommend this space!
