Right in the Heart of Beverly Hills! I had forgotten how beautiful this area was.
The building was very well managed.Security was super sweet and the office itself was immaculate.
Such a beautiful space.
For parking use 461 N Bedford just up the street.2 hours free and $3 every 30 minutes there after.
The building does have its own parking.

For the money, it’s a great deal. It’s an office you can use as you want. Access is easy and there is a freight elevator, which is right next to the entrance of the office and goes straight into the parking structure. Communication is very responsive.
