Luxury office space | Available 7-days a week | Open 24/7 1,000 ft² of amazing video / photo production space (expandable up to 1880 ft² with kitchen , front desk, makeup room and 2 offices for $20/hr extra). The studio includes White CYC wall, PRE-LIT (lights included), 34′ wide and 22′ deep, flat matt, which can be converted into a green-screen with a green-screen cloth that we have. We offer lights. Easy garage parking straight to the elevator , (large table, kitchen, fridge, coffee, tea, hot water, etc.), makeup station, bathrooms, couches, tables and chairs. We are able to accommodate large and small productions.
