We rented the space for a birthday party - and the host was super easy to work with, and was vey attentive on the day.
Our only negative was that the hallway/bathroom was under construction when we arrived - and we were not notified- even after several exchanges leading up to the party. Once there though - the host did his best to cut down on the construction visibility.
That being said- the house was great, the view and outside space was amazing, parking was easy for our 25 guests, and the kitchen was great. We would absolutely rent this space again.
