Co.Creaturas are a duo directors / writers based in Montreal. Alba Gil and Pilar Zapata met during a golden fall day in Montreal. Two playful and passionate latinas that talked for hours, realizing that their curious and adventurous gaze connected them in a city that is and isn’t theirs. That was the beginning of many rencontres and exchanges throughout the winter months, where they embraced this opportunity to play (and/or joggle) with their roots and unique experiences to co-create a new way of storytelling.
Co.Creaturas are a tribe that tell stories with a warm and eclectic approach. They’ve both been nurtured from a borderless and romantic/nomadic lifestyle, a realismo-magico heritage and through diversity. They form a flavour blast when they come together.
