Had some trouble getting into the venue on time because we didn't get a gate code or instructions for entering. The pool was a bit dirty as well as the furniture and floor around it. One of the umbrellas was broken too.
Definitely worth the price though! We made it work and everyone had a good time.
Perfect studio for independent projects and outside noise is not a problem! Irene and her husband are great host with good communication! Highly recommend!
