It was an okay studio for simple portraits but was not a private space suitable for our project as it is also a live-in space. I don't recommend this space if you're shooting with people you'd like to impress. I think the highlight of this studio is the owner's cat.
There was a miscommunication with the owner about the timing of the rental but he was able to work it out for us to which I was thankful.
