The shoot went very smoothly. Deacon is a very excellent host. As long as you communicate with him in advance, he’ll help you out with nuances (parking, extra table and etc).

Excellent space with incredibly kind owners. Great for small, flexible productions.
Be aware of parking restrictions - no commercial vehicles, including unmarked Sprinter vans, are allowed ($300 fine), even with a parking pass.

This loft is amazing! It's quiet, spacious, and clean. We easily found non restricted parking on nearby streets. Deacon, our host extremely was responsive and helpful before and during the shoot. My crew really enjoyed shooting here, we will be back!

Excellent experience shooting here. Deacon was super accommodating and friendly, replying quickly to my questions and he had the area of his studio where I wanted to shoot an interview ready to go for me. Since I was shooting an interview, I was worried about street noise beforehand but it wasn't an issue at all as the studio was super quiet and I didn't hear any street noise at all. I gave 4 stars for parking since you do have to park on the street and you might have to park a street or two away and for load-in there is a distance from the gate to the studio, it's a relatively short distance but you can't pull right up to the studio and load in. I didn't have too much gear so it wasn't a big deal in my case.
