Craftsman on "Leave it to Beaver" street
Not only was the house a spectacular location to shoot in, Meg was also wonderful to work with. We shot a period piece and her space fit so perfectly well, and she gave us creative freedom to allow our story to come to life. She even inquired about mowing her lawn prior to shooting so it fit what we were looking for aesthetically, so that attention to collaborative detail was a huge plus. I look forward to working with her and in this space again one day.

We were incredibly happy with our experience shooting at Meg's house. She was a friendly and professional host. She understands the needs of crews and was able to anticipate problems and brainstorm solutions with us. She understands both what we need in order to shoot, and what the house needs in order to stay in excellent condition. Apart from being a good experience logistically, her house is absolutely stunning. It quickly became its own character in the film. Every room is full of character, charm and historical interest. I'm sad we didn't use more rooms, but for our shoot we focused on her incredible staircase. Couldn't be happier with our filming experience.

We actually rented Meg's space for a small Celebration of Life gathering to honor the memory of my father-in-law. The place was perfect - immaculate, eclectic, and intimate with impeccable attention to detail as regards furnishings and fixtures. The backyard was peaceful and lovely as well. Meg was gracious and easy to coordinate with - a clear communicator and a pleasure to work throughout, from loading in tables to clean-up. `I know Giggster specializes in film shoots, but I would highly recommend this space for smaller events and gatherings as well. It was a great alternative (and far more economical) to other area venues that usually handle weddings and similar events. Just a fantastic venue and a great experience all around.

Meg was a great host! She was so accommodating for our shoot and helped us every step of the way. She gave us recommendations and advice for making things go smoothly and let us use every room we needed. The house was beautiful and the shots came out incredibly cinematic and had the perfect feeling of nostalgia that we were going for. We would absolutely recommend this location for anyone with a music video, short film, TV show or any scene needing a beautiful, wooden nostalgic house as a set. The neighborhood is beautiful as well! Thank you Meg.
