This location was a great fit for our production! Victor was very responsive and helpful and the neighborhood is film-friendly. There's a few adorable dogs that live on the premises, but they were quiet and held in another section of the house for the full time we were there.
Victor and Eva were very accommodating to the production. Extremely helpful with all our questions. Very communicative and responded quickly via cell, texts and email. Strongly recommend this location. Another plus - crew parking .3 miles away at a baseball field. Plenty of local support services.
