Sprawling rustic 1970's white picket fence ranch home on beautiful cul-de-sac in popular area for filming. Warm family home with multiple unique niches inside and out for different looks. Rustic but elegant dining room with exposed beam-ornate ceiling, brick fireplace and wet bar, along with huge stone fireplace in living room. Can be used for ski lodge or cabin interior. Flagstone hardscaped backyard with charming tree lined walking path, natural pool, lush greenery, fire pit and pergola topped spa. Property is very long and takes up a good portion of one side of the cul-de-sac. Tons of parking in front and driveway.

Victor and Eva were very accommodating to the production. Extremely helpful with all our questions. Very communicative and responded quickly via cell, texts and email. Strongly recommend this location. Another plus - crew parking .3 miles away at a baseball field. Plenty of local support services.
