Stylish modern farmhouse with pool Karen is an exceptionally gracious host! She was communicative and provided a very welcoming environment for our cast and crew.
Her home is beautifully decorated and looks very high-end through the lens which was perfect for our commercial production. The neighborhood has a great option for parking at the Penmar Rec. Center a block away and logistically everything went smoothly, we couldn't have asked for a better location to shoot!

Stylish modern farmhouse with pool Karen was a wonderful host and her space was INCREDIBLE! Exactly as pictured and had great light for photos. She was incredibly accommodating and made it super easy for our crew. I couldn't recommend this space more!
