About the Space
A stylish modern farmhouse, perfect for photoshoots, video and film production located on a quiet street in Venice, CA. Finished with understated interiors in natural shades, wooden furniture and just the right amount of color from the curated art and soft furnishings. Large windows offer lots of light and the modern finishing and marble countertops appear throughout the house for an added touch of luxury. The house has a beautiful open-plan kitchen and family room, as well as a separate living area and dining room with gas fireplace and a powder room. There is a separate TV room/study with ensuite bathroom that can be used for hair & makeup or a holding area for talent. The back yard has a dining area, swimming pool, hot tub, fire pit and lounge area. There is ample street parking and a park nearby for ease of production. The upper level of the house is private and off limits. Additional price negotiations may be required for large productions.

Karen is an exceptionally gracious host! She was communicative and provided a very welcoming environment for our cast and crew. Her home is beautifully decorated and looks very high-end through the lens which was perfect for our commercial production. The neighborhood has a great option for parking at the Penmar Rec. Center a block away and logistically everything went smoothly, we couldn't have asked for a better location to shoot!

Karen was a wonderful host and her space was INCREDIBLE! Exactly as pictured and had great light for photos. She was incredibly accommodating and made it super easy for our crew. I couldn't recommend this space more!
