This home is incredible for film & artistic projects. Karina is an amazing architect who design this home from ground up. She now offers her personal home as a creative resource for commercial use. We thoroughly enjoyed our time spent working at this location. Karina was more than accommodating, and flexible when it came to needing the extra time to complete our filming requirements. The home is clean, well kept, and it exceeds all expectations for a modern contemporary/ luxury property.
