Owner was super professional and accommodating. Quite frankly one of the best location hire experience I've ever had. We mostly used the exterior for filming but the whole house is absolutely gorgeous. Would absolutely repeat and definitely recommend.

Get the Hollywood LA vibe in Atlanta at this Modern Contemporary home with a stunning resort-style backyard.
This property counts with an overall midcentury eclectic interior, an open floor plan with great natural lighting, 20" feet tall family room ceilings with a breathtaking led minimalist globe chandelier, and a large rustic barn door. The kitchen comes with European-style cabinetry, luxury stainless steel appliances, and quartz countertops.
The Master bedroom features a wooden custom-built header that separates the master bedroom from the closet hallway and access to a private balcony with a view of the pool. The master bath is a spa in your pocket, it displays a cozy glass-enclosed steam shower and a whirlpool bathtub with chroma-therapy. The two secondary rooms are smaller with boy and girl decor and their own bathrooms.
These home counts with a breathtaking backyard, a custom rectangular 13'x30'pool with a spill-in spa, water arch jets, a bluestone marble deck, a convertible dinning/pingpong table for up to 10 people with a grill, a 10 feet tall powered pergola with a seating area, and a separate fire pit with Adirondack chairs.

-Depending on the type of event/production and amount of people, a $400 site Representative/security fee might be added to your custom offer. -Cleaning fees might vary as well, going anywhere from $150 up to $400.
-A late-night fee will be applied to any event/production that goes beyond 8:00 pm.
-Misleading booking information provided by the Renter like event type, scope, number of guests/crew/talent beyond a manageable discrepancy, unlawful activities done within the premises of the property, failure to comply with the host guidelines after several warnings, and disorderly conduct, may result in the immediate termination of the event at the Renter’s expense. In the case of this unfortunate scenario, everyone must vacate the property immediately.

-Guest list prior to the event required.
-Pool parties are not allowed. The pool/spa can be used only for film and photography purposes.
-No overnight stays
-No cooking, only catering
-No glass in the backyard
-We are in a family neighborhood with lots of children, because of that reason we require ONLY CLEAN background music no higher than 70 Db. For music videos that can not comply with this, we will require to keep the volume at the lowest possible.

● Park only on the RIGHT SIDE of the street (Property’s side) NO double parking.
● Do not block traffic
● Do not block neighbors' mailboxes
● Do not park in front of the 3737 property.
●No speeding
●No littering on neighbors' backyard
