-Depending on the type of event/production and amount of people, a $400 site Representative/security fee might be added to your custom offer. -Cleaning fees might vary as well, going anywhere from $150 up to $400.
-A late-night fee will be applied to any event/production that goes beyond 8:00 pm.
-Misleading booking information provided by the Renter like event type, scope, number of guests/crew/talent beyond a manageable discrepancy, unlawful activities done within the premises of the property, failure to comply with the host guidelines after several warnings, and disorderly conduct, may result in the immediate termination of the event at the Renter’s expense. In the case of this unfortunate scenario, everyone must vacate the property immediately.

-Pool parties are not allowed. The pool/spa can be used only for film and photography purposes.
-No overnight stays
-No cooking, only catering
-No glass in the backyard
-We are in a family neighborhood with lots of children, because of that reason we require ONLY CLEAN background music no higher than 70 Db. For music videos that can not comply with this, we will require to keep the volume at the lowest possible.
PARKING
Please let your guests/crew know in advance the following parking guidelines:
● Park only on the RIGHT SIDE of the street (Property’s side) NO double parking.
● Do not block traffic
● Do not block neighbors' mailboxes
● Do not park in front of the 3737 property.
●No speeding
●No littering on neighbors' backyard
