We were putting together a one day shoot for our short film and needed a location with a lot of character, and William's home was the perfect fit. William was so easy to work with, always answering questions immediately and just generally making our shoot a breeze.

This was a great space to shoot in. The mid-century style of the home added so much production value that it elevated my film to the next level. There's a lot of space outside to enjoy outside to keep the house less crowded while shooting. Everyone on my team had a great time shooting here!

We had such a great time at this property! William was extremely flexible to our needs and we were able to get everything we needed for our shoot! The extra outdoor spaces/pool was an added bonus that we really appreciated. I would highly highly recommend shooting here!
