About the Space

A bright mid-century vintage style home located in Van Nuys. Inside you'll find 1500 square feet of recently renovated space for shoots of all kinds in need of a vintage, relaxed aesthetic with mid-century and European accents. Enjoy an immense amount of natural light, a bright kitchen, a dining room with rounded table that seats four and a well-appointed living room with a large sofa and colorful textiles. The back of the home opens to a lovely backyard with orange, lemon and grapefruit trees. We provide many amenities to make your shoot as fluid as possible. Our driveway is convenient for loading/unloading production equipment and with available street parking. The house must be left in the condition you originally entered it in - if you move furniture around it needs to be placed back in its original position. Any damages incurred will be passed on to production. ALL furniture needs to be lifted, NOT dragged. Cover C-Stands with tennis balls. NO smoking on the premises. Production must carry out their own trash and dispose of it (not in our trash cans), any bags left behind will incur a fee. Outside catering is allowed and suggested.
