About the Space
A bright mid-century vintage style home located in Van Nuys. Inside you'll find 1500 square feet of recently renovated space for shoots of all kinds in need of a vintage, relaxed aesthetic with mid-century and European accents. Enjoy an immense amount of natural light, a bright kitchen, a dining room with rounded table that seats four and a well-appointed living room with a large sofa and tons of texture. The back of the home opens to a lovely backyard with orange, lemon and loquat trees. The driveway and spacious 2-car garage are convenient for loading/unloading production equipment and with available street parking. The house must be left in the condition you originally entered it in - if you move furniture around it needs to be placed back in its original position. Any damages incurred will be passed on to production. ALL furniture needs to be lifted, NOT dragged. Cover C-Stands with tennis balls. NO smoking on the premises. Production must carry out their own trash and dispose of it (not in our trash cans), any bags left behind will incur a fee. Outside catering is allowed and suggested.

Warm feel, and rustic look to it. Looked absolutely amazing on camera and most of all William was amazing to deal with! Very accommodating and extremely helpful!

Will was an incredible host. He was very welcoming and flexible as our production times and needs changed. The space itself was perfect for our production, but also had so much staging and crafty areas around the house and in the garage. Will went above and beyond to make our time easy (even holding parking spots for us over night). Highly recommend!!

Great filming space that was perfect for our filming needs! It was really helpful to have multiple load-in/out pathways into the space and both garage and driveway spots for crew. Lots of space for staging and very versatile with different backgrounds/looks. Will was also very communicative and helpful throughout.
