Great Location for a podcast production! Nancy was incredibly accommodating to our request and was a big help on the day. The area and home are very quiet, which eliminates any sound treatment and sound processing headaches. The high ceilings made professional lighting very feasible, and the location looked beautiful. The backyard features a loading bay, which makes load in and load out easy. There is truly nothing bad that I can say about the location or host, which is why I give the experience 5 stars!

Nancy is an exceptional host! She goes above and beyond to accommodate you. The house itself is stunning, and I highly recommend renting this place for film shoots.
