Typical Brooklyn brick house, built in 1940s Barbara and her husband are awesome; super friendly, accommodating and professional. They understand how production works. The space is exactly as advertised and there's plenty of parking in the area for crew vehicles. If this space suits your needs you should absolutely book with them.

Typical Brooklyn brick house, built in 1940s We rented Barbara's house for our student film shoot and we had a fantastic experience working with Barbara. Barbara was incredibly responsive and accommodating to our needs, always made herself available to answer questions, which allowed our shoot to go smoothly and this experience enjoyable and seamless. The house was stunning, flexible to dress, and the perfect look for our shoot. I highly recommend this property for anyone in need of a beautiful and accommodating shooting location, and would definitely come back for another shoot!

Typical Brooklyn brick house, built in 1940s A great location with a great host. Barbara was very helpful and accommodating during our shoot, everything you'd hope for in a host. The location itself was was beautiful and looks super nice on camera.

Typical Brooklyn brick house, built in 1940s We had a great shoot at the location! Barbara was super accommodating with our requests, and we were able to film everything we needed. I highly recommend the location, and working with Barbara on your shoots, especially film students!!
