Our house, built in the late 1940s, is very typical of parts of Brooklyn and Queens. It has a red brick exterior. The ground floor is a garage and our tenants' 1-bedroom apartment. You walk up 10 steps to reach our two-story residence. There's a front porch. Walking in, there's a living room, dining room, and kitchen, all connected by arches. (There's also a half-bathroom on this floor.) Upstairs, there's a large master bedroom, a nice-sized second bedroom, and a small third bedroom, in addition to a full bathroom.
Our house is semi-attached, and previous productions have found it helpful to be able to easily move equipment into our backyard through the side alley. We also have a driveway that can accomodate one vehicle.
