I am the owner of Vista Del Lago Estate located in Bakersfield, Ca. This is a luxurious 20-Acre Lakeside Estate and is used as a Wedding and Event Venue. This mansion would be incredible for movie and music video shoots, commercials, photo shoots, IG videos, Youtube, Snapchat, reality series and many more.

Sanam is a fantastic host and was very accommodating to our production. She was friendly, easy to communicate with, and was able to provide us with everything we needed. The property was as described and shown in the photos. The sunset falls right over the lake making for an ideal magic hour moment. If you're looking for an epic lakeside mansion location -- highly recommend this one.
