I am the owner of Vista Del Lago Estate located in Bakersfield, Ca. This is a luxurious 20-Acre Lakeside Estate and is used as a Wedding and Event Venue. This mansion would be incredible for movie and music video shoots, commercials, photo shoots, IG videos, Youtube, Snapchat, reality series and many more.

When you dream of making movies and you dream of awesome locations, with a host like Sanam (and her staff) helping you, you really cannot imagine it coming true. But then it does. And, yes, production dreams can come true. It's the kind of moment that makes all the hard work worth it. The blood, sweat and tears. You arrive and are greeted with the warmest smile and the most welcoming handshake. Then. Your working relationship begins. And it's glorious. A complete wonderland where you imagination can run wild. It's the kind of place that you want to write an entire screenplay for, so you can be there for 30 straight days! (Actually, DON'T come here, I want it all to myself. Ha ha). Sincerely. Book now. Book fast. What an amazing place we can all share in. Sanam has opened it up to us and I hope she never closes it. It will help us all achieve our filmmaking dreams!
Sanam is super sweet. She is easy to work with, really helpful and understands us as filmmakers. Five years of filming in the greater LA area and I have Never met such a great host. She will be involved and ready to help! Extremely accommodating, very flexible! You will meet and strangers, but leave as friends!
Great location for filming, lots of areas throughout the house to achieve grand shots, this is my second time there and would keep coming back for future shoots, Sanam is amazing and makes the whole process a breeze! :)
The location indoors and out was amazing! I would definitely recommend this property to everyone looking to film and Sanam is one of the best host/owners I’ve ever worked with, she made my whole process from beginning to end a breeze!
