My name is Cynthia Valle, I am the President of NYC Arts Cypher. Our mission is to promote positive values through arts and entertainment. We create programs, projects, and events that target the youth, emerging artists, and the community. We are currently working to showcase not only the great talent on our stage but the space itself becoming a tourist destination representing arts and culture.
