Our organization hosts the most unique event space in the world. An artistic space built by artist for artists, a colorful energetic art infused venue with rotating visual/mural walls. The facility is a 3,500 square feet, two floor wonderland with colorful and vibrant backgrounds to enhance any production. We host private events, themed events, special occasions, corporate mixers, art exhibitions, dance competitions, live showcases, fundraisers, promotional events, fashion shows, networking events, workshops, and group projects. The facility is rented for all types of production: music video shoots, movie films, photography shoots, modeling shoots, podcasts, broadcasting. We also have our own recording studio with in house engineer offered as an additional service. The space is also rented as a Hub for virtual classes. Private and exclusive for the client, they can rent one level or two floors. We offer a one stop shop for any production: we have our own videographers, photographers, models, dancers, artists, music engineers, etc. The rates start at $150 per hour for one level only. The final price will depend on type of rental, day of the week, hours, and how many levels or any other services added to the rental. We are located in the fast growing area of Stapleton, part of the North Shore of Staten Island, NY. Plenty of parking on the street. Easy access from New York City via public transportation. The Staten Island Ferry is only 20 minutes from NYC and a bus or train ride away to the venue.
